MSU has created a separate $75 million fund to cover its legal expenses and to pay the claims of “New” Nassar survivors who are not part of the original group of 333 survivors who already settled their claims. “New” Nassar survivors are strongly encouraged to pursue their claims prior to September 10, 2018 , in order to share in the currently designated funds regardless of the time of assault.
